Refund Policy

Please contact us before you return any goods. There may be less expensive solutions than a standard return and replacement, and we can explore these solutions together to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

Swiss customers: We normally do not give refunds for products you decide you do not like when you receive them, but we will usually give the value less 15% as a credit on returned goods, assuming there is no damage or wear on the original product. That covers our restocking cost and shipping of the exchange item(s). We will give full credit for products that are “broken” as sent, and reparations for goods that are damaged in transit should be covered by the transporter’s insurance (usually the Swiss Post).

Customers outside Switzerland: We normally do not give refunds for products you do not like when you receive them, but we will usually give the value less 15% as a credit, assuming no damage or wear on the original product. That covers our restocking cost and our internal costs for re-importing the goods. We will give full credit for products that are “broken” as sent, and reparations for goods that are damaged in transit should be covered by the transporter’s insurance. In the case where you were charged for customs duties and taxes when they entered your country, your can probably claim for return of those fees in case you return the goods. Please be sure that you denote in your customs declaration that the goods you are returning are faulty and unfit for use. Otherwise, we will also have to pay customs and sales tax in Switzerland.
